How to use effectively:
1.The low frequency EMS is recommended to be used for about 12 minutes at one time and 2-3 times a day. Longer use each time will lead to fatigue and/or sore muscles.
2.It’s best to avoid use within 30 minutes after eating. Taking a warm shower or stretching the abdominal muscles before using the EMS will help with muscle fatigue.
